Definitely a professional team for a free plugin. They solved my problem within 5 minutes. It's better than other paid plugins

I have had issues with this app since it was set up. Now the reviews are not uploading on my website. The issues was escalated and was supposedly fixed, but after reviewing my website I have still having the same issue. I tried chatting with support over 4 hours ago but still no reply

Rivo is a really good app! i needed help to fix one thing and Sam helped me very quickly! i have nothing to say about Sam and TYDAL but good things! Sam offered me features that were only available on paid plans and i´m using a free plan! 5*

I have been using this app since October. The app has not been able to email requests for a review to any customers. Customer service acknowledged the issue and said the development team was addressing it. Unfortunately, there was never a resolution to the issue, and they suggested I try a different app. Did anyone else have issues with the review request feature automatically emailing review requests once an order was delivered?

I am just installing the app, and contacted support to remove the branding. Jamie answered in less than a minute, removed the branding and even gave me a follow on IG, and offered a suggestion to my online store to help my page stand out a bit more! Thanks Jamie!

Had recently installed this app.Had a question and contact the sales team of Tydal.
