Its been about 5 minutes of downloading this app and so far its pretty easy to pick up. I started the chat with Abbie to remove the RIVO branding and that led to a conversation about how to improve my store too. So far very impressed!

I recently received excellent service from Jel. She was very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience.
