The functionality of the app is not flawless, but Sam with customer service was so quick and helpful! I heard from her very quickly and she made some suggestions to try. Right now the app is working just fine, but I will know what to do if something comes up again.

Sam has been extremely helpful and continues to be solid support with any hiccups that I may encounter due to all the features that the app provides

Their customer support and technical support team is SUPERB! Whatever issue you're facing just email them.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! SCAMMERS! They don't have any tech or any support, there running a fraudulent company. They're app doesn't work, load or preform anything close to satisfactory. They're customer support team is of no help forwarding problem to the next team and then the next 48 hours passed and they still dont have any answer. ALL THEY WANT is access to your shopify account. I was on a deadline and still tried to cooperate with them. PATHETIC experience.

Love that this app is free! Very easy to use especially for beginners and customer service is very fast, responsive and super nice!

For a free app, you can't ask for more!! The functions work perfectly, the reviews look pretty good (and full customizable) and the support team is exquisite (special shoutout to Jamie!) Thanks, will use for a long time for sure :)
