I would recommend this service because I had a great time getting setup with the app as Paul my chat agent helped me out with the entire app and was very professional and helped me out in everything I needed! Paul is the best agent on chat I have probably come across in the longest time

I would say it has been an amazing experience. They have excellent customer service that responds quickly and are experts that give tips and advice to help you grow as a business. Paul was such a great help, I mean do not get me wrong the tool has amazing features and works wonders for my business, but I stayed because of the service. Not a lot of companies cherish that anymore. If you are a business owner, I highly recommend going with Rivo.

Rivo is an amazing app that every store needs to have to capture users' reviews. The app is simple to install and use. To cap it up, customer service especially by Abbie is top notch and second to none. Abbie over-delivers with very simple and clear communication. I recommend Rivo app with =out any reservation. I would say that the app is pretty simple to use and the CSR is very quick to response. So far so good, I also got a suggestion in regards to my store something that I didn't really know about, which made so much sense to me when Pete suggested it with a link to Shopify Help and a picture diagram on how to do it which I am really amazed that now I know....I guess you learn something new everyday when you are building a Ecom store! Thank you Pete your customer service and delivery is on point!! YOUR AMAZING!
