I was customizing my shop and I saw where I could get Rivo's branding removed. I clicked on it and met Abbie in the chat. She was phenomenal and even showed me how to change my Favicon which I didn't even know you could do. She was super helpful and easy to talk to. Keep her on the team!

I spoke with Pete this evening about removing the branding for me. Pete’s customer service was amazing, the process was smooth and quick!! I can't talk about the app, I downloaded it today. I needed help and the support team attendant "Arianne" helped me in an excellent way and solved what I needed

I had some issues with uploading my reviews, and Pete, really helped me alot and took care of everything for me to solve the issue i had. i am really happy with this app i can just recommend it.
