Rivo Product Review App is great to collect customers. It was really a nice experience chatting with the representative Jel. Jel was very cooperative and provided with some useful advices.

The lady who helped me (Jel) was amazing! She got back to me right away. She solved my problems and helped me with a few things that I didn't even know I needed help with. She took a real interest in my business and even checked out my site and my social media.

The app is very easy to use and new user friendly! I was lucky enough to receive help from Pete who assisted me in making adjustments to my widget and even went a step further to guide me in the right direction to making a favicon for my online store! The app itself: Easy to set up, wonderful to customize, great possiblity to get and collect feedback from your customers. I like the e-mail function and to offer customers a reward in case of giving a review with a picture. For a small shops still in the beginning it is also so unbelivable great and important this app is for free! Also: a 10+ Star customer support. Very fast, very friendly and amazingly supportive. I got much more as I asked for.

So far this app is really useful. I have yet to explore many of the other features it offers. But it works great so far. Customer service is exceptional! They are there to help whenever needed. I spoke with Jel and she was very helpful. She enabled some extra free features for me and I can't wait to try them out. The best part of this app is that is it totally free!! Thank You RIVO!!

I honestly don't know much about the App yet, as I just signed up. I did get a chance to chat with Mica though, and they went above and beyond in helping me get set up. They authenticated my account, and noticed some unfinished parts of my store. They gave me solid advice, and links to fill in the gaps, and suggested products that might be useful to my store. Some of the best customer service I've had in a LONG time. Props Mica!
