The tool didn't look good on my website at first, but Tydal's support was very responsive, and Jamie helped me with everything. She helped me with the code and did some custom UI/UX work like I requested. I hope the feature I requested comes soon, as it can help many ecommerce brands like ours. I wouldn't mind paying for it if the support is just like this and they keep on adding features to it.

I would 100% recommend this app, it took me 2 minutes to set up and now my website has professional looking reviews. Highly recommend this review app. My advisor (Jamie) was very polite and helped me with what I needed very quickly. Just know if you get Jamie as your advisor, you're in good hands!

I’ve been looking for a review app for my shop for a while now and none of them have seem to work except for TYDAL! I was able to set it up on my shop within a few minutes and the customer service is amazing! Super user-friendly as well! 10/10 recommend!! :)

So happy with the TYDAL apps. I have been using most of their apps and haven't had any issues. Customer service is so quick to respond and help with any questions no matter the time. Everything is great no complaints at all.
