I’m still new to using Tydal, but I was having some issues with my reviews showing up on my product page (USER ERROR), so I contacted their support chat and their rep named Sam was EXTREMELY helpful. He even temporarily joined my Shopify admin as a collaborator and manually helped me place code on my site, helped with import questions I had and much more.
