I haven't used the product a whole lot yet, but so far my experience have been great, as it seems to include most features one would want, but the best part is the customer support, as they where a great help. They helped with whatever question I had and also gave me some tips on the store as a whole. I had a great experience!

I recently had an issue uploading an old CSV file, and I was assisted by Paul, who was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to understand my problem and then worked tirelessly to find a solution. It took him almost an hour, but he was eventually able to get the file uploaded and my reviews imported. I am very grateful for Paul's help, and I am impressed with the RIVO App overall. It is easy to use, and it has a variety of features that make it a valuable tool for managing reviews. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to collect and display reviews on their Shopify store.

Pete was amazing from the onset. He was really helpful, friendly, and supportive in helping me getting set up and ready to roll. I'm really pleased with the service and with the product. Their UI is VERY nice. Much better than Judge.me. Now that I've switched I likely won't be going back.
