It’s the great app i have been using rivo for long now and there customer support is amazing, helped me through many things that i totally forgot to do so grateful to use this app and i would highly recommend others to use this app.

I have been super impressed with the customer service with Rivo so far. It's so great to have these apps as a resource for small businesses like mine. Arianne was super helpful today with getting my review app up and running. I like that I can reply to reviews and that customers can leave a picture or video file with their review.

So far so good. Just started using it today and there is a lot of options for rewards and pop-ups. Customer Service was great, Jel had gave me a ton of information and even gave me some helpful tips and customization options I didn't know was possible. Highly recommend.
