This app was easy to figure out and add to my Shopify store. I'm still starting up so don't have a ton of reviews, but it's been easy to use as they trickle in. The customer support is outstanding as well, which is extremely handy for being a new business owner!

Paul was really helpful and went above and beyond supporting me with the review app. Rivo customer service is always top notch and much appreciated.

Product was not working properly, as the status of my reviews were not properly showing. They would not give a timeline for a fix, and their communication with me was spotty and they would go radio silent for long periods of time. I did not get the sense that they cared about my business at all. Issue was never resolved.

Rivo truly feels like a friend! Their team is not only responsive but also genuinely cares. It's rare to find such a heartwarming and reliable app experience.

2-3 minutes after I wrote, a guy named Pete replied and he was really helpful. He explained every step. The problem was resolved very quickly. Although the application is free, it is better than most applications.
