This app is very user friendly, and the customer support is extremely helpful I was able to update colors and text on my store, Abbie went above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a reviews app to download this one. I'm extremely happy with the results on my website.

First I was confused how to use but after understood the game I discover how easy it is. The customer service team is helpful and more than enough especially Jel. I highly recommend.

Working with Rivo and their customer service team has been a breath of fresh air. The app works well and does what we need it to do while being user friendly. Rivo customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. We look forward to seeing how the Rivo apps work for us long term, but so far we're really happy them.

Whilst I've not had any reviews left yet, setting up the app was completely hassle free and Mica really helped me out, not only with verifying my store but also with removing 'powered by shopify' from my footer (which she pointed out to me). Excellent service so far, and the pop up email subscription box is worth getting as well!

Arianne helped me remove the Rivo branding in no time flat! Great person to work with and very personable! Later on, Abbie helped me out with a real quick task and helped me out greatly! This app has proven it's weight in gold. Helps to build that community around your brand!
