Trendsi is awesome! The customer service is topnotch! I would especially like to thank their representative, Dave. He was such a help. He helped me figure out why my products were showing as sold out even when Shopify and the whole of the internet seemed to provide zero answers! On top of that, they have great products and fast shipping. Super impressed and plan to use them as much as possible!

Joel was awesome! He took his time to help reconnect my store and get my products back on my store. He made the process easy and smooth. Very professional and patient.

So far things have been amazing. I did have a question and Joel was awesome at answering it right away.

So, today I needed to know something important about brands on Trendsi. Joel was super helpful. He answered all of my questions patiently and this the best thing about Trendsi. They have some of the best support reps like Joel. Keep it up Joel and Trendsi.

I had a query about Moissanite products, and Joel, the representative, was incredibly patient and helpful in assisting me. I am thoroughly impressed with Joel's exceptional service and the quality of Trendsi's products. I been so confused trying to set up my collections to send to my shopify store. Finally gave up and contacted the help desk. I was able to connect with Harold. He sent me a step by step document so I could fix my problem. I wish I reached out to Harold earlier

I have had some doubts about various aspects and Chette helped me quickly and kindly by clarifying my doubts, this gave me a lot of confidence.

"Chette" was my customer service rep today. She was very professional and helpful. She was able to resolve my issue quickly and provided me with a follow up by email.
