We had a problem on our website saying items were out of stock when they weren't. Harold knew right away what the problem was, and he resolved it in less than 5 minutes. The service I have had so far has been great. I've talked to Chette, and Anya. Both were helpful. The only complaint I have it I'm still waiting on and update for an order I made in January. I got an email asking if they had the right address...which I have had multiple sample orders shipped to me at that address. They then said said it would be shipped, but it still says warehouse processing, and I haven't had any tracking sent to me. For the most part things are done quite efficiently, this has been my first major issue.
