Trendsi has been wonderful to work with. Processing is quick and easy. I did buy one sample shoe that was a bit too small, but everything else has been perfect. I had contacted customer service today; March 30th, and spoke with Mariel. It was the best experience with customer service I have ever had with any fashion company I have had to deal with. I needed to ask a few pressing questions on one order which required my assistance in an immediate response. Mariel was more than receptive to my concerns, my immediate need, and my requirement to for assistance due to the fact I had many mishaps on my own errors. I was able to receive my answers in a quick ,responsible, courteous, professional manner without leaving any doubt or concerns by the end of our conversation. I started trendsi app few weeks ago. I have a great experience with them. Adding products from Trendsi to shopify is very smooth which makes my job very easy. Today, I had some problems with shipping and contacted the customer representative Anya who is very responsive and helpful, and my problem got resolved very fast. So far, I love this app for drop shipping. My only complaint is some brands on Trendsi doesn't format the size information very well because of that product pages doesn't look very professional and clean.
