So far things have been amazing. I did have a question and Joel was awesome at answering it right away.

So, today I needed to know something important about brands on Trendsi. Joel was super helpful. He answered all of my questions patiently and this the best thing about Trendsi. They have some of the best support reps like Joel. Keep it up Joel and Trendsi.

"Chette" was my customer service rep today. She was very professional and helpful. She was able to resolve my issue quickly and provided me with a follow up by email.

I been so confused trying to set up my collections to send to my shopify store. Finally gave up and contacted the help desk. I was able to connect with Harold. He sent me a step by step document so I could fix my problem. I wish I reached out to Harold earlier
