Had a small hiccup today with inventory not syncing (which was probably user error). Wasn't expecting much when I used the chat assistant, but once I got through the automated answers, the representative, Angelo, was a huge help. He knew exactly what was wrong and we were able to resolve the problem in a few clicks. Thanks Angelo!

We have been with Trendsi for 2 years and haven't had any problems, quality has been good, which has given us great reviews on TrustPilot. Customer service has been great and Representative Czar has very helpful with a pre-order I had during Spring Festival/Lunar New Year. I know everyone's experience is different. However, so far, we've been happy with our relationship with Trendsi.

I recently started ramping up my women's e-commerce site, Lauxiva, and have had a few issues which I have had to try and contact the company I use to source my products from. Most of them have been less than desirable, but when a customer emailed me saying he had gotten the wrong size and it needed to be changed, I was concerned it would be a huge hassle to get it changed. HOWEVER, when I pulled up the customer support chat and got connect to Raymart, he was astronomically helpful and got the size of my customer's order in literally a matter of minutes!! I was, honestly, blown away by how GREAT their customer service was, especially as compared to some other companies I've worked with trying to get things resolved! Thanks Raymart and Trendsi, i will definitely be adding more products to my store from Trendsi!

It only took a few minutes for him to put me at ease about my concerns. Great company. Great service. The shipping is a little longer since some are overseas, but all in all, the quality of everything is top notch.

So many complaints. Using this vendor for dropshipping has been a complete headache from day one and I haven't officially launched but Trendsi has proven not to be able to handle large order quantities. There is no merchant support at all for shipping, delays, refunds, credits, nothing. They don't notify you when part of the order didn't ship. If you don't check each order one by one then prepare to get a large amount of emails from upset customers asking "where is the rest of my order?" I don't even have 100 orders and have had to process 5-6 refunds and offer credits and coupons because Trendsi has lost packages or simply not shipped out product. This vendor is a liability to building a successful brand and now I'm trying to source all products in my store elsewhere. I'm losing money using Trendsi and they are not a trusty source for dropshipping. BEWARE

Overall, a promising platform with room for improvement in pricing and support.
