I would say from ANY app I've installed from Shopify, Trendsi by far has the most responsive customer support and response time in the entire Shopify app store. Importing products into our Shopify store is a breeze, and whenever I had questions on setting up my Shipping, within 5-10 minutes I got a thorough and accurate response. I highly recommend this app! I can also tell they are always innovating, finding new ways to improve, they keep their products updated, their presentation, etc. There's a good dedicated team behind Trendsi and they're doing a great job!

I started dropshipping with trendsi everything is easy to navigate needed some help with setting up some things and Harold was very helpful with fast replies, overall great experience!

I recently started using Trendsi for some products in my store. Their clothing is beautiful and so much to choose from. I love how easy it is to integrate product to my store. Trendsi offers popular name brand products, such as Judy Blue, Risen, Zenana, POL, and Bibi, just to name a few. Customer service is regularly available for assistance via Chat. Orders are processed quickly and shipped out quickly. Some clothing and accessories choices are shipped from overseas, so shipping for those items may take a little longer. There is a filter to identify which items ship from USA. Samples are available for purchase. I've had nothing but a great experience with Trendsi Dropshipping and their staff. I recently contacted them regarding an order and Joel was quick to assist me. He was friendly and helpful. Thank you to Charles who helped me with my Dropshipping question.

full transparency, i just started using Trendsi today. However it's clear that they have a great selection and beautiful layout that's simple to use.. Also important, my first experiences with customer support went great thanks to Charles and than Lorie. Thanks for the swift replies and answers to my questions.

Product selection, order support and dropshipping are solid. Too often, however, I sell an item from their stock that was showing 1 available only to be notified later they don't have it. Support pretty much just says "Oh well, get over it". With their app, there's no way to set a Safety Stock or otherwise counter the inventory inaccuracy. Their app has few useful config options and locks you out of doing anything for inventory in Shopify. In general, they don't have any tech support for their app. The support team gives it their best shot but they're reading off a script. I can't keep selling items that aren't in stock, so I'm moving on.

My biggest regret!!! Do not get fooled by their 5-star reviews. Based on my experience, Trendsi is an inefficient dropshipping supplier. They do not ship products to customers on time. My customer ordered a bunch of products 18 days ago and they haven't received even a tracking number until today. When I reached out to their customer service, they said they would check the order status and let me know. They have no definite solution to my problem. They just say "We understand your concern and we are very sorry!!!" Well, that 'sorry' is not helping me, I need those products to be delivered to my customers on time. They have a strict and non-practical 5-day return policy made for customers but ironically they cannot stick to their 7 to 10-day delivery policy. Beware!! If you are in a dropshipping business, this supplier will hurt your business's reputation. I would suggest the newbies to read all the 1-star reviews and take their business elsewhere. Hence, save yourself from unnecessary headaches.

Working with Joel at Shopify was a delight, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the encounter. Joel went above and beyond to assist me, as I was finding it difficult to update my shipping profile on my own. His knowledge, tolerance, and unambiguous direction were invaluable, and I genuinely couldn't have succeeded without it.
