I had some major questions about Marketplace, shipping costs, etc. CHARLES did an absolutely amazing job in describing the details. His answers were clear and concise, user-friendly. He was extremely Professional and I appreciate this so much! Thank you, Shopify and Trendi for providing top-notch employees where they don't have to go inquire from 3 or 4 other people to get the answer. To Charles' Boss, will you please give him a raise? I give him an A+! (Teacher here and I don't give those top notch grades out very often, barely). I am grateful!

Trendsi customer chat support is always helpful and fast in responding! My most recent representative, Dave, solved my problem right away and answered all the questioned I had!

I submitted all requested documentation to complete my purchasing rights, and it was denied. I uploaded all additional documents and then sent a chat message to find out more specific details as to why it was denied. Chette was the chat rep I had the pleasure to speak with. Very prompt, polite and my issue was resolved, and my account was approved within 2 minutes.

Chette over at TRENDSI knew exactly what I was talking about and quickly identified the issues I was facing providing clear solutions to fix them. I would highly recommend her and the company.
