through out my research about the best dropshipping companies i see that trendsi is one of the best, Providing high quality products with good pricing their support was very fast and helpful , Faustina Fan helped me out through the registration Process very well

I wanted to get an update on my dropshipping orders and without hesitation Angelo went and checked on my orders for me to see if he could see anything different. However sometimes the order does not update correctly on my end. I wanted to thank him for his help and showing up for work.

hello loves.. so i just started using Trendsi and really love their product.. customer service is also great.. very helpful i talked to Charmaine and she was absolutely awesome.. i would definitely recommend Trendsi! Best drop shipping app. Clothes are all well-made and stock photos are nice. I love that it cost nothing to use, and they are always trying to add new features and they add new arrivals daily. The customer service is exceptional. Every time I've had to contact them, they are fast to resolve. Angelo helped me last time and was so helpful. One thing I can't wait till they add is shipping to Canada and other places. Although you can send them a shipping label and they will ship for you to other areas. Another thing I would love is return shipping that is 30 days rather than the 6 and even free return shipping. That would be the best if they added that. But 6 days is not hard to ask from customers.

I could not say enough great things about the products but most of all the customer service! I had an issue and they had it resolved within 30 mins. When you're trying to run a business and need help right away Trendsi does not disappoint! Customer service hops on the chat quickly and walks you through every step. It's hard to find that quality of service these days. Angelo and Charmaine are some of the customer service reps I have worked with and they are so nice and VERY helpful!

Trendsi seems to be a very helpful company. Most companies I'm coming across are not very helpful and I feel lost. I am a new business owner and need a lot of help, advice etc. I had the please of speaking with Karen tonight and she was very prompt and patient with all my questions. I really didn't think I would get a response so late in the evening but help was near and I truly appreciate it. So thank you, Karen!

Had a glitch in the system where the automatic checkout wasn't working. Sent an email and within just a few minutes was provided a response from Karen. Very friendly and helpful. They are great about responding quickly.
