I contacted support and my question was answered right away. I love this store! Still haven't sold anything yet but that's because people have discovered my store yet.

Trendsi is amazing and answered all my emails and questions super fast. It was above my expectations and Angelo is very dedicated and resolved all my issues and concerns quickly. I will highly recommend it.

Trendsi is the most supportive dropping shipping company out! I've always felt skeptical about using drop shipping for my store because you just never know what the quality of the items truly are and how long shipping times are. Trendsi takes pride in making sure that store owners are confident in selling their products by making sure items are true to size and ship out between 5-10 business days or EARLIER! Name another company who does that?? I think my absolute favorite part is the 24/7 customer service. Gretel was patient and answered any questions I had with my orders. She made me feel confident that my order is fine and offered to answer any questions I had about Trendsi! Also, I absolutely love that Trendsi has a Facebook group so we’re able to connect with other business owners who are on the same path! Hannah is absolutely amazing and I love her sample live videos! Trendsi is amazing and I'm so thankful that I found this platform! 10/10 highly recommend!

So I'm thoroughly enjoying this app! Loving the products in the app, as well as the ease of throwing them into the Shopify end. But as we were adding the products to Shopify and trying to find the proper Shopify collections, it was only loading the A's - C's of the collections and not all the way down the list. Their support was quick, helpful, friendly, and useful. It was great! I look forward to continuously working with Trendsi.

I have been very happy with the app. The integration works well with Shopify and there are a lot of options on the sight. Most of the representatives know what they are talking about. Angelo has been very helpful.

I was confused how the app worked but after reaching out to Trendsi, the customer service rep was a big help with explaining everything.

Trendsi is one of the best dropshipping apps I have ever used. The integration of this app with my store has been such a smooth process. They make everything so easy, simple, and smooth so that you can focus on selling. They have quality trendy products and name brands and are a step above. In fact it was so easy to just simply click and add to the store without having to do to much and my samples arrived very fast and were exactly what they promised. I can't say enough of the customer service as Angelo and Brandi are simply amazing in assisting you with whatever you need and go above and beyond. I also love the 24/7 availability of service as I had to use it to answer a customer's question and Angelo escalated it to the appropriate department and assured me he would follow up with me on Monday.

This app is awesome! It's a great way to get started! Maria was also very helpful with any questions I had!
