I just started to use Trendsi. Loved to add favorite items into one collection and then list all those items to my store with just one click. Have to mention that Customer Support is very fast. Maria from Trendsi helped me to solve my problem within few mintues which was just amazing!

Haven't used the app to import products yet. I'm in Canada and had questions about onboarding and shipping and Gretle was fantastic! She was patient and responded to all my questions. Hope to use Trendsi soon. Thanks!

I have not gotten deep into the app yet but the service was amazing. Maria definitely did a great job answering all my questions and showed me examples which was extremely helpful. She was also very quick to respond. Highly recommend Maria.

It has taken me awhile to find a dropshipping provider with excellent quality clothing, and Trendsi is finally it! Additionally, the customized packing slip and packaging are excellent. In the chat support, I get real help. Charmaine chatted with me for 30 minutes today and answered all of questions and relayed all my feedback to the appropriate teams. Trendsi has changed how I do business!

It is really easy to add products to my store and customer service is awesome.I never have to wait too long for someone to get back to me if I have a question or issue. I had the pleasure of having "Gretle" help me and I was really impressed with the help I received from her. She were knowledgeable, and super helpful! So far so good, support is really good and quick. We can easily import the products. It would be nice to have some more detailed descriptions but overall we have no complaints.

I haven’t started actually using the app yet as I’m in set up phase still, but it looks very easy to use and the products are great from what I can see. My 5 star rating is for customer service. I actually deleted the app because I’m still working out what type of products to sell. To my surprise I had 2 emails from Sherwin (the Co-Founder) asking if he could assist me in anyway which led to a 45 min zoom call, which really helped to put in that human touch. I explained my concerns and He was very friendly and helpful, which gave me the confidence to install the app again. Thanks again Sherwin
