Ok, I will be honest, I stumble upon this app on Shopify by accident. I was actually looking for something else and was intrigued by what services they offered. This was the best decision ever. One of the most important aspects of working with a business is customer service, well they did not disappoint. Lee was awesome and fast to work with. I've used this app and it has really increased my online sales. I purchase samples to have in the store so customers can see the quality, sizes, and purchase off the rack if they want. I had an issue with one dress that I received that had a twisted fabric piece sewn. Gretle replied back by email within 10 minutes, I sent pictures, and the item was promptly refunded within an hour. I really appreciate the great customer service and ease of interfacing with Shopify. It definitely lets me try some more adventurous pieces without fear of being stuck with inventory that doesn't sell!
