I had a extremely complicated issue where my Shopify store disconnected from the Trendsi app. All of my past and pending orders disappeared. No one can resolve this issue and the only solution is to keep manually inputting orders which isn't feasible. Every time a customer place a order I have to pause my store as the orders are not syncing with trendsi. This has been a months ling issue.

Don't spend too much time comparing between fashion drop shipping suppliers, Trendsi is the best supplier I have ever in my life dealt with. I love being part of their Facebook and Instagram lifestyle - which is filled with helpful info and a great way to connect with other boutique owners! The sense of community is amazing. I love the products they offer. Two reasons I'm not giving 5 stars. the Shipping time on some products are two long and they don't offer men's. Their support staff is great and they always reply to you super fast. Today i worked with Hazel and she was amazing. I would definitely Recommend them. Thank you Hazel.

I’ve had contact with CS a couple of times now and they’ve always been great. Mia helped me with a major issue within a few minutes and I was back at it. Seriously love the CS here, wish all of my vendors responded this way honestly

I used this to sync with Shopify to drop ship! Gretle helped me get everything uploaded and my account approved so fast. She was wonderful to work with and I recommend to everyone to give it a shot!
