Fairly new to using Trendsi, but so far I love the products and I love that the descriptions are (usually) already populated and written beautifully - more time for me to focus on the other aspects of my business. Also, I had a question and Chette responded back to me super fast, within minutes, and helped me resolve it right away. She made it really easy on me which I really appreciate. I recommend Trendsi over other dropshippers. Thank you Chette and Trendsi for helping me with my new business!

If you want the look of your store to be very ugly, and also orders are delayed, go ahead, their pictures are very bad and old, and their quality is also bad. I tried to talk to them in this place more than once in more than 3 months, but they do not care about their customers (very, very, very old). Learn fashion photography, learn to choose models, you are very losers

I had an issue with inventory being wrong on my Shopify website and I was upgraded to the Tech Help area. I explained the issue and Angelo fixed it right away. Great customer service!

I placed a test order, in the back office assigned 2 tracking numbers. The tracking shows shipped from China and delivered in California warehouse. Now waiting on the USPS carrier to get the sample order and ship to my address directly. Reached out twice through live chat to explain their process further, and they advised shipping is 5 to 10 business days. This means my customers are not going to be pleased with their slow shipping. There needs to be clearer shipping policies and no false advertising. They advertise shipping from the US, and with only a 7-day return policy. Is that return from purchase date, if so customers will not being able to return items once they receive. Went to Google & Pinterest for marketing, they denied my store because of Trendsi and their policies. It is a big headache that needs to be improved.
