I love working with Trendsi. They are great with customer support, which is of high importance to me. Lorie has been exceptionally helpful answering questions I had about sizing when I had a late night potential buyer ask me a question I didn't have an answer to. She got back to me right away and I was able to answer my customer who then turned into a buyer.

I just added this app to my store. I had many questions and Gretle patiently answered each one of them. I give it a 4 star because I have not processed an order from the app. I do love the style selections and hope it will be a positive to my shop. Update. It's been almost a year now and the app is great to find nice selection for my shop. Lorie was awesome today in trying to get tech support to see why the quantities wasn't downloading with the items. So far so good. The samples I ordered previously were on point as well. I appreciate the prompt customer service.

Im clueless when it comes to dropshipping but i'm learning. If there were more user friendly apps like Trendsi And if the customer service was like Gretle I would have done made thousands of dollars. Trendsi has the most beautiful clothing and exquisite jewelry id ever seen. Gretle on thge other hand is by far more valuable than any product. Hats off to you Gretle for having the brains to school some one like me Thanks hun!

Love this app, the integration with my store is practically seamless. Other "Dropshipping" store have you still place an order manually when a customer places an order on your shopify store, which defeats the point of dropshipping. They also are happy to answer any questions and are extremely helpful. Thanks Chette for all your help.

Trendsi Customer Care is amazing!! I always get a quick response, no matter the time. I had a customer input the wrong address on her order. She no longer lived in the home or in the TOWN.
