Everyone help to install my app. It looks so professional and they helped me a lot a lot. Im pretty happy with the results. I mean it, I was looking a way to add currency on my store and these was the best option.

I modify my review because a customer service employee invited me to comment when I had not yet tried the application. I needed to make some modifications in the switcher and the customer service was terrible, they tried to help me but they did not have enough knowledge to do it and while they were making changes the language selector looked terrible on my online website... I will have to look for other options

I use this software to help me convert between English and Indonesian. Everything went well, except for the deleted text and pictures after switching from English to Indonesian, and some spacing issues. I asked shopify customer service for help. I waited for a long time but they couldn't solve it. Then I found Transcy, and unexpectedly, their response was very quick and effective! Thanks so much for their help! I will continue to use and recommend Transcy to my friends because of its great experience and customer service!

The app allows you to translate most of the website's front end elements without a problem. They also offer auto-translation, which is useful. The customer service is responsive and helpful. Translation quality is good (English to French).

The interface took me a while to get used to, but once I did, I was in awe. Transcy is excellent and chat support (with real people, not bots) responds in a timely manner with extreme kindness and professionalism. I'm extremely satisfied, especially since I'm using a free plan! I will definitely use it for other sites in the future and recommend it to everyone.

The app works fine for me, But er don't understand why the product page says "translate needed" after I just have translated. It is like it chances after some time. It is always green before I activate the product but next time I check it says "translate needed"
