Great app! Able to manual translate everything! But it would be better if we can use this app to an unpublished theme. :) The customer specialist was very helpful and always replying quickly!

It's very easy to ask for support for this app. There is always someone to answer your query in less than 2 minutes of waiting. Jennifer gained my trust in Transcy making me upgrade to Economy Plan; while Teresa finally resolved my other concerns. Language translation and currency conversion is not easy task. It is not perfect but it is just way better than any other apps. You can also manually translate everything on your website for minor changes. Just few clicks to set up the app then boom! My website is available now in the world! Great app! Great customer service! I love it!

UPDATE: According to the support the app doesn't support Shopify template pages, neither page template nor product templates. So for us it is not useful. This app is one of the worst I have come across on Shopify. Terribly buggy and slow. Support is overseas with very limited English proficiency. Unfortunately just a big waste of time and money.

This is a great app. I think it is important to support other languages and currency in order to appeal to the most amount of customers possible. They also offer terrific customer service! Lisa is a star
