The app itself is a translation and localization tool, great to semi-automate your process and let translators proofread. But WOOOW what support, from the moment I downloaded to being finished it took me an hour and all with a customer success person. Really professional

I LOVEEE transcy. I live in Montreal Quebec and my customers have been asking for a website in French and here I thought I would need to ask for my friends help and translate every single word but wowww, in love!

the tool is really user friendly. Had some trouble with their widget implementation but their support was really quick!

I use this app to translate my store to Spanish and Portuguese. I think that the app is easy to use and the customer support is fast and very friendly. I have talked to Lisa several times and it's nice to know that there is a real person answering my questions. I wanted to expand my sales to South America and this app lets me do that by changing the language and the currency for one small fee monthly. I think it's worth it and I give 5 stars.

So far it works pretty well. The customer service is also decent. My only issue is the price but other than that, the app works well for at least the very basics.

I jus started working on this app and I faced a problem that the switcher wasn't embedded in the theme , I contacted customer service and they fixed everything in no time :) , big recommendation for them. if starting is like this then this is the app I was looking for

This app has an excellent support assistant! I got the chance to be assigned to Lisa, and she was extremely kind and helpful. Also, great app!! covered all my needs in the present time.

I used the app just to give our spanish speaking customers the option to review our site in their first language and it has worked out great!!

I think their customer service is excellent. Grace helped me with some details. If you haven't used this kind of software before, it's better to ask them for help, because there are some places where they point out and it works quickly.
