Good customer support so far. We are still waiting on response on whether the app allows content on Theme to be edited on the base plan.

I'm the eshop owner and I can just say: I can really recommend the Transcy App. Why? The App is really practical and intuitive and.. they have really I'm the owner of the e-shop and we are using Transcy App. The app is really practical and intuitive - but what is main for me - THEY HAVE REALLY FAST, HIGH-QUALITY AND PROCUSTOMERS SUPPORT SERVICE. Why I'm writing it in capitals? Because this is what we need when we have some unexpected technical problem with combination of some technical aspects..my problem wasn't standard daily task but it was solved in few minutes after my message (by their technicians) - and with great feedback and communication from Transcy support. So THUMB UP and THANK YOU.

The customer service is very patient to help us solve the problem, because the background settings are a bit cumbersome and afraid of making mistakes, the staff asked their internal programming team to help us check the problem, and finally solved our problem very well. very satisfied
