Being a beginner in using Shopify and wanting to have my website translated this app has helped me achieve everything I wanted. It is easy to use and although I've encountered many issues along the way the customer service team has been very prompt and helpful every time. Highly recommend!

Very simple, will translate everything from A to Z. Simple to use. Great and fast support. No visual editor though. However, I'm on a paying plan and I Would like to convert pictures without having to take the big plan... I only have a few pictures to be replaced/translated and +30$USD/month seems a bit exaggerated for 3 header pictures when you don't actually need more than 1 language and don't really need the other perks of the package. I would rather create a bilingual visual instead even if it's obviously visually less attractive. The solution could be to offer a limited number of pictures conversion in lower plans for those with basic needs and this would be 5 stars app.

Great customer service, they've fixed all the issues that app had with my live theme and now it's working! Need some time to test it, but so far very satisfied with the app.

I used this app to help me translate my shopify store. its great app and easy to use. They got a good costumer service with fast respond and fixing issues rights away.

I am keen to grow my business globally and I am currently using the free plan as a testing period , A number of customers view my website from France and so therefore I am hoping I will convert more of those customers by optimising the language and currency. I had immediate support with integrating the app and all looks good so far. I will be back with an update once I have more details.

just getting started, but it seems to be a great tool for everyone who doesn't want to pay a bunch of money just for a second language on the website. In addition the customer support is literally the best I've experienced yet.

I had some problems trying to use the app in the free version, but the help chat with Andy was very helpful.

support is nice and competent. unfortunately with 1000+ products, the app doesn't make sense (checkout not translatable, corrections not possible)
