The trial version impressed us, with over 8000 products we needed a good translator for specially formatted content, and editing the translation is easy. Now we only have to figure out how to achieve the automatic translation for all those products in more languages. For other problems, I got quick help, for which I thank Jennifer, Anna, and Andy.

Chouxie helped me with an issue I had after installing the Transcy plugin. The problem was fixed very fast and very efficiently!
