I switched from another translation app to this one. It took me a little while to get used to the system but once I got the hang of it was great. The customer service is excellent and the price is too!!! Very satisfied!

Great app, fast support, all in all 5 out of 5 stars. I started to install the app and barely 2 minutes later the nice customer support person assisted me and helped me with many small things concerning my store. She created a language selection button, placed it where I wanted it and she is always by my side when I need help. In summary Super App and an Outstanding Service.

It's a great and convenient app. I got a problem with the language switcher, their friendly staff instantly and actively assisted in solving it. That saved me a lot of time.

The translation is decent enough in the free version, so I wouldn't mind paying the monthly fee and doing some fixes manually as my store grows. Tech Support is excellent. I had a small issue setting it up and it discouraged me from using it, but tech support appeared on the chat, fixed the issue on the fly and everything was up and running in minutes. Really good for a free plan.

that shit is not working the assistant figured out what the issue was but what she told me to do didn't work. She told me to message her with any question and I did. No answer. Then i signal another problem and boom she answers immediately. Overall bad experience, do not recommend

Very useful app and lovely customer service. I had the translator widget set up in minutes. it also has a geolocation feature which automatically switches language based on the visitor's location.

App support is so fast and kind(Mr.Dante). When I don't understand the operation at all,he did setting for me and tell me with pictures. It was helpful!!

Great app to manage translations with excellent customer support. We probably won't be using it since it doesn't offer product handle translations.
