Initially it worked good and will see what next for upcoming new orders. Hope this work will then we will recommend it to everyone.

Good tracking interface. Very good also that it allows custom order statuses. Nice to have a free plan that gives 10 orders per month, but it would have been nice to have more. The downside to the app is that even the Starter plan does not give email notifications. I opine that for that amount, it should. One shouldn't have to go to the Professional tier to have notifications. But then, I still would have upgraded to Professional if only the notifications would also be sent out for my custom statuses. I really wanted to continue with this app, but after communicating with the developers, who were very responsive by the way, it doesn't appear my desired features would be coming anytime soon.

Tracktor staff provides great service, I switched templates and I asked them if I need to change something in the code. Mandy said I don't need to, but she added some extra code to my Tracktor page to give it a nice styling! I didn't even ask for it. Thank you Mandy.

I already cannot recommend this app enough. Anh installed it for me for free at lightning speed. The team is 10/10 for new learners, shipping configuration is a head spin but this app certainly is helping.

Okay so I literally just started my website last month and surprisingly things have been well. I used aftership at the beginning because it had more reviews and I kinda went with the majority without doing any research. After using them I realized how poor their system was and how many mistakes it made by not detecting the couriers properly plus for customers there's just not enough information there. Anyhow before this turns into a review for Aftership I would like to stress on how beautiful, easy, and actually benificial Tracktor is. Literally feels like upgrading from a Civic to a Mercedes. Tracktor is smart at automatically detecting orders, has a map feature, plus features that let you basically control every aspect of tracking from your customers perspective. If you configure the app well, it should easily answer and alleviate any questions or concerns your customers have. I would 1000% recommend this app to both new and established businesses. So far happy. I like that you can hide where the item is shipping from (e.g. China). Very responsive and helpful customer service.

Customer support is AMAZING and Tracktor gives my store such a great way for my customers to be really happy, keep tracking enquiry emails to a minimum, and an opportunity to upsell at the same time.

Happy so far with service from support team. With extra attention given to help me solve my issues. They were fast in replying to my questions which is always very soothing. Mandy was particularly helpful for me in assisting and tweaking the documents to my liking. Now i need to see how it performs long term, and if the cost is worth it compared to other cheaper apps on the market. 
Hopefully it is good value (for what i'm paying monthly for now) with no glitches or problems like some other apps cause.

If only i could delete some of the Chinese language and links in the tracking display, would be advantageous. Time will tell how how it rolls out. Thanks
