Simple integration, massive customer service winner especially when SMS alerts from carriers not an option. Must have in my opinion.

Thjis app sucks and the people who sit behind it suck! Zero customer support and the app does not work on my site. They have ignored my requests to find out what the problem is. $14.99 a month? They must be out of their minds! I'm sure after they read this review they will scramble to get something done, thus far they have done ZERO. Oh wait, i have coin too and paying for it. Time to cancel that too!

I am sorry for a delayed review but it is a tested one for sure. We have been using this app for more than 2 months now and it is fantastic. it has reduced customer queries by 40% and site looks pro. Noah from the team was very helpful in assisting with full installation. All of my requests we duly attested and executed. I wish they had a ANNUAL discounted payment option. Thanks for this! Overall, the app itself and the support have met expectations, though we haven't been using it long enough to see how it's really affected sales conversions. However, in implementing the app, we were disappointed to learn it isn't possible to utilize the shipping tracking number as part of the functionality, which seems fairly standard for Ecommerce purchases nowadays. We were told this was being worked on, but we'd like to have a more firm time frame as to when this feature may be available.

Fantastic app, easy setup, gorgeous interface! Staff is very engaging.

Awesome app, fits in with my theme and keeps customers on the website. Has reduced customer emails, requesting tracking before we have had a chance to send them the automated shipment email. Two thumbs up!

Tracktor looks amazing within my store. I love how they have color options to match the layout of my website. It was extremely easy to install and really easy to use. However, I also sell a few items through eBay and Tracktor doesn't allow me to add the shipping information because the sale isn't directly through Shopify.

Finally a tracking system which actually works! It also looks very pretty and simple. Highly recommend!

Awesome looking Tracking App & Awesome Support :)

I am extremely happy about integrating Tracktor to my store. I used to forward all my customers to third party websites or carriers' website to track their package because there was no application working with Turkish National Post. I contacted with engineers of Tracktor and they solved my problem in a short time of period. They were very concerned about what we need and finally they found us a solution. Even if your carrier is not on the list, just don't worry and get in touch with them. I would definitely recommend!
