I needed for a long time . good app

Great support of the app, I was having alignment issues with the tracking page and Noah was able to go into my site and fix it for me quickly. Screenshots of the product looks awesome, just waiting for my first sale to check out the functionality.

Great customer support, Great functionality. Love this app.

Doesn't work. For some orders, it doesn't show the tracking info. For the orders fulfilled in different packages, it shows only information for half of them.

Bout time one that works and works well. Yeah it cost 14 bucks but so what you get 30 days free which if you haven't made 14 bucks in 30 days, well your in the wrong business. Plus you get what you pay for and this one is worth it. Good Job guys thanks. If your looking for a shipping tracker stop wasting your time with the others. Get this one ASAP! ..... can I give 10 stars?

Great app and customer service!

Tracktor is really awesome. The customer support is great and usually respond very quickly . The ui of both the tracking page and app looks good. Its easy to configure too.There is a slight problem with using oberlo and tracktor as oberlo automatically marks the order as fulfilled with carrier as other which messes up tracking in tracktor (so you have to do it manually) , its not a bug and there are technical reasons for it as Tracktor requires a direct connection to the carrier currently handling the order. Anyways its a really good app and recommended for everyone to give it a shot Trial is free for a month so just take advantage of it.

So far my experience with Tracktor has been amazing. They were really attentive to messages via chat, which is a huge help for me because I hate waiting more than 8 hours for app developers to get back to me. I think I will be with them for a long long time :)

Exactly what we were after and very fast and reliable customer service :)

Tracktor is a nice app! There was a minor problem with the tracking page aligning correctly with the theme I used. Contacted the support team and the fixed within 24 hours - all I had to do was give them limited access to the Theme configuration. Now it looks great! Excellent Plugin to track order status. Moreover, tracktor support team gave me much instant help to fix our issues. Customer can track their shipping automatically in our store and it is quite helpful. Highly recommend TRACTOR. It integrates diverse shipping carriers and can map whatever you like. Its support team did an excellent job!

Simple integration, massive customer service winner especially when SMS alerts from carriers not an option. Must have in my opinion.

Thjis app sucks and the people who sit behind it suck! Zero customer support and the app does not work on my site. They have ignored my requests to find out what the problem is. $14.99 a month? They must be out of their minds! I'm sure after they read this review they will scramble to get something done, thus far they have done ZERO. Oh wait, i have coin too and paying for it. Time to cancel that too!

I am sorry for a delayed review but it is a tested one for sure. We have been using this app for more than 2 months now and it is fantastic. it has reduced customer queries by 40% and site looks pro. Noah from the team was very helpful in assisting with full installation. All of my requests we duly attested and executed. I wish they had a ANNUAL discounted payment option. Thanks for this!
