This app is exactly what I was looking for and the installation is very simple. I reached out for help changing the area where the text box was shown on the product page and their support had the issue fixed within minutes. Very simple and customizeable. I like that it is possible to change the size, shape, and color of all icons to match my brand. Most of the other review apps don't have this option. It integrates super well with my site and looks very professional!

This app has been very helpful for protecting myself against customers claims when it comes to return policies and pre order terms. I would highly recommend it. I also use it as evidence for chargeback cases.

This app is really easy to install and the support team were excellent when I needed a couple of adjustments to be done. Overall, this app has been a lifeline to address issues with customers who try and initiate chargebacks, or who place fraudulent orders or who just don't read the terms and conditions and you want a way to ensure you are protected.
