So far so good.! Needed this for our preorder & made to order items. Their team is very helpful and available right away.

Great app that ensures my customers adhere to my policies at all times. It also helps to prevent chargebacks.

I typically sell digital content, and haven't had an issue with that, but I am hosting an in-person event and require them to know the cancellation policy, what's included, safety information - all those details. This app took me about 15 minutes to set up, and I have successfully applied it to the one product that I need it for - it's so easy!! And having the opportunity to pay for only those clicks - that keeps me from having a monthly subscription, when this is a one-time event. Love it!

Simple and easy to use. I was hoping to have the checkbox on our checkout page, but unfortunately, due to limitations within Shopify (not the apps fault), the checkbox is on the cart page, not the checkout page. Great app.

Wonderful app! The terms and conditions checkbox worked seamlessly on our store right out of the box. Another, unrelated app we use was causing issues, and the customer service team with Terms and Conditions Checkbox did some troubleshooting for us and made helpful suggestions. This app is fantastic to ensure that your business and customers are on the same page before completing a purchase. Was recommended this app by my sister who also runs a Shopify site and would recommend it to any friend or business owner who might be interested in these keen features!

I used this app to allow my customers to check and certify that they have read and agreed to my store's terms and conditions. There was a bit of a clash with some of my other integrated apps, however, the amazing service offered and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure this app is working perfectly in sync is unparalleled. They truly care about making sure all your concerns are addressed and sorted out!!! Amazing app, and customer service!!

Great app. I'm using it to ensure certain products have participation waivers completed/acknowledged. Great support too.

This is not a rating toward the customer service team associated with this app but rather with the functionality of it. I have not successfully updated it on my own once since it's been installed. Each time I have wanted to update the display text, I have had to contact the service team. They are wonderful and work quickly. But it would be nice to be able to update this text at any time without additional steps beyond clicking 'save'.

We are using this app in all of our stores. It work really well. Also the customer support is very helpful as well
