This app works like a charm. The support is quick to answer (as I had a minor CSS issue) and very efficient :) I recommend it if you want something cheap and easy to implement in your store.

These guys have been one of the best companies to work with. The checkbox feature was great. But it was being blocked by another app on certain items. They adapted the app to solve the problem very promptly. I highly recommend using them.

Easy to install. Out of the box it did not have a specific feature that I needed which the help desk was able to service a workaround by adding a minor cosmetic tweak within 24hrs of reaching them. Now the invoicing process also shows the "terms and conditions" in a 1 line text. Very helpful.

We needed a simple application to ensure our B2B customers were staying current with our policies, to acknowledge any updates before placing an order, and to give us a native means of tracking agreement per customer account. This app keeps it simple but is highly functional, I needed some customization done for display purposes and their support team had me taken care of within 5 minutes - most app devs take at least a day to respond, let alone complete the request at hand. Very quick and helpful! Only suggestion would be for the ability to use font/formatting from our own theme for the T&C text, regardless I would highly recommend!

So far so good. Kinda weird that Shopify doesn't have a box like this available by default. But I guess that's how their ecosystem works.

I used this app to ask customers to agree to our terms and conditions before proceeding to checkout. There was some minor hiccups at the beginning but Effective Apps were extremely quick to help and fix the issues. They accessed the store theme and fixed the matter within minutes! This app is perfect if you have specific terms that you require customer agreement to before checking out. Highly recommend.

We had one product that was taking 12-16 weeks and the manufacturing time varies all the time. The checkbox allowed us to have customers sign off in agreement of the long wait before ordering. It has been great!
