Great App! Works great for our booking of multiple services & multiple employees, and also support is fast and simple!

Our needs are pretty minimal, we're using Tipo to provide in-person shopping appointments with one location and one user. The Tipo team was *very* responsive to communication and wrapped up some custom details for us very quickly.

Great app works perfectly for my business. The team is awesome they customized my appointment page. Extremally outgoing and helpful!!! Thanks a lot!!!

Not that convenient since only support via email. But does solve the problem. For now, App is ok as in settings but sometimes page in the app freezes.

Superb support from very efficient staff. Some little bugs at backend but nothing that hasn't been ironed out very quickly Highly recommended!

We've been using Tipo for the last couple of years.......initially for Flu Vaccination appts. As we used and built trust in the app, we now use it for a variety of other appt based services.....which in turn has helped us increase business as we offer an easy "book online" click... Support from Tipo has been exemplary,,,,,,we had a recent issue which, once reported, was rectified quickly - with great communication throughout.....busy Flu season coming up now - booking appts via a trusted source in now one less thing to worry about.....highly recommend this app.

Extremely disappointed with this app. I went for the paid verson so I could access the extra features including having the ability to have 10 different locations that my customer could book services. It was only after I paid did it become clear that each registered employee could only be available at a single location. For a small business with limited employees, this makes the app pretty much useless. Very misleading information given in the app description prior to purchase.

The help section on www.tipo.io is not very comprehensive so I wrote in for help. Laura was super quick and helpful, solved my challenges within a day!

We used this app for a client of ours and so far its working great. There was one issue we had, but the support was quick with their reply and as it turned out. It was a simple mistake made by me... Easy to install and to edit to your needs.

We've just installed this app and found it to be a good app. The customer services is amazing, they've been very responsive and helpful with our requests. I'd highly recommend the app.

The minus is that there is no live support, with it I would solve all my problems with settings much faster.

The language is setting is not working, after i edited and redesign the form, the entire thing is not updated. many codes have bugs i guess, poorly designed. Some team member must contact me ASAP if you want to retain me as a customer

I tried different booking apps prior to using Tipo and this is the best so far. The support service is outstanding and helped with customizations and integrations. Updated review: Again I'd like to thank the Tipo team for their great service. I needed further customization to my page and they took care of it in a professional manner. It didn't take long and I appreciate how responsive they are. Special thanks to Laura and the developer.

We have been using this App for a month. We are strongly recommended this App not only because it meets our needs but also it has a good customer service. Email reply within a day which help us solve lots of issue. Although it may need some improvement and customization for different kind of use, I like the way they would hear from the customer.

I've now reached out to support a few times, and in every experience it is quick and resolved. They are very easy to work with and the quick responses are very appreciated. Super happy with Tipo.

We've been using this app to help us mitigate scheduling for a service in particular that has completely blown up in our area, and it has been a huge relief to have that off our shoulders. Having the option of a google calendar integration as well has been a major selling point for us. Easy to set up, easy to use. Only thing I wish was if there was a way to increase time on appointment windows based on more people being brought.

The app is pretty easy to use and Tipo's customer service is very helpful! The integration with Shopify is visually nice and natural. I can't wait to see the IT team developping some other options like subscriptions for the customers (booking the same time slot, every same day in the week at a certain frequency) :)

I really like this app, but I feel like there are a few bugs. For instance, after booking an appointment the confirmation page is blank. Other than that I don't have very many complaints.

I use this app to take bookings for my outdoor spa business. At first, it frustrated me as I did not know exactly how it worked, but once I was able to contact the support team on Whatsapp, I found them extremely helpful. Now i have amazing control over my booking system and whenever I can't do something they are very quick to help me do it. Strongly recommend Tipo.
