Ad account gets suspended. When you try to appeal you get a vague reason. Setting up tiktok is a waste of time. Focus on facebook and pinterest. The customer support is absent and you never get your answers resolved properly.

We have been able to advertise on every platform including pinterest, facebook, google, bing. When I tried to launch a campaign for a new product launch. I got an error message. This account has been suspended and its ads have been stopped. Following is the message I got. TikTok Ads Support 2022-09-03 11:30:22 Dear valued client, We regret to inform you that your account has been suspended due to suspicious or unusual activity, we are unable to reopen it. - TikTok For Business

Ad account randomly stop spending. Tiktok is very inconsistent as a marketing channel. Always glitces or has issues and its hard to get it resolved quickly.

Hard to use, configured finished but no pixel installed for shopify store. Please fix this issue ASAP.

I have been trying to connect to my account for weeks. Just says network error. I have TT for business all set up but no matter what I do, I cant log in through Shopify

Difficult to use. £200 free ad credit was being emailed but have yet to implement. Customer service difficult, creating ads difficult and kept failing too. Overall this is not a pleasant interface to work with and even submitting a support ticket was harder than it should be.

This application is not function in my Shopify store. The marketing location shows errors although everything is correctly set up in my store. TikTok got in contact with me now and I am happy about it. I hope they can solve this problem now.

I am happier now with this app. At the beginning I seemed to get lost. Things are getting better now.

Awful. The app doesn't work. I set up a campaign via the Shopify admin. The campaign "failed" so I "cancelled" the campaign after it failed; however, Tik Tok has continued to bill me (3 x the amount that is stated in the campaign total via the app dahsboard found in the Shopify admin.) I have reached out to Tik Tok (through the app, through the business admin site, and through the Shopify app channel multiple times... with no response.) I then reached out to Shopify, who said they can't help because it's a "third party" site. In my experience, the app is untrustworthy: 1. it doesn't work 2. there is no support from Tik Tok 3. there is no support from Shopify

Unfortunately, have not been able to make the TikTok sales channel work because "a country or region cannot be selected for your storefront," yet the storefront us correctly set up. TikTok said it is a Shopify issue. Shopify said its a TikTok issue. Then TikTok just stopped responding, and eventually I gave up.

The app is broken and there's no real-time support available. It didn't let me connect my business TikTok account to Shopify.

As a new advertiser, I installed this app and noticed that my target country is set incorrectly to Singapore. I wrote to their client support to request them to change to the USA as where most of my customers are based. I received an insulting and short reply asking me to reach out to their USA client team instead without helping me with how to reach out to the right team to solve my problem. I find that their client service team is very SILO'ed, and they don't talk to each other. From this bad experience, I allocated my advertising budgets to Google Shopping and Facebook Ad. It's their loss for losing my advertising budget, and they deserve a 1-star poor rating!

Not able to log on. Once I arrive at the section for entering my business account info the app crashes.

刚冲了100美金进去，然后创建了两个广告组，广告素材是红人授权使用的，其他的也没发现有什么问题。还没跑起来广告账户就被封了，开Ticket申述还需要先上传两个不同的身份证明文件。从来没用过这么难用又这么容易封号的广告平台。

Hello developers, I have a question, I have been opening tickets to shopify and tiktok for more than two months, then one tells me that it is the other's fault and the other tells me exactly the same thing, conclusion, they have me from one place to another, going around in circle. I install the app and I am not logged in and it says that I am not eligible for Tiktok shopping, it tells me that I do not meet the requirements and I know that I do. I do not know how to activate the tiktok shopping function, can you help me please, I feel that it is discriminatory that they do not give a clear answer as to why I am eligible or not

It was an easy walk-through process. I already had a TikTok Account which made things a little easier to maneuver through. Overall great integration experience.
