Our own internal team made content for this TikTok page. We are selling a basic blender, not sure how this would infringe on TikTok policies. The TikTok page was suspended. The same brand we launched on facebook, pinterest, instagram and youtube without any issues. How do you ban a page that contains content for using a blender.

Very nice app. If i keep focus on tiktok only I found it generates more sales than if I would have it linked with facebook or google.

I am hoping tiktok can review these ad accounts thoroughly and resolve it as I have been following up for almost 1 week now without a resolution. My account got suspended for Prohibited Industry. This is a kid's toy website and I have been selling toys for over 2 years without any issues.

Komplette Abzocke!!! Ads Kampagne erstellt und dann Geld darauf geladen. Kampagne war genehmigt. Als ich das Geld dann daraufgeladen habe, wurd direkt mein Account gesperrt ohne Grund. Der Support ist auch komplett nutzlos und bekommt nichts hin!! Das ganze Geld ist jetzt weg und ich bekomms nicht wieder. Und das alles ohne überhaupt Werbung geschaltet zu haben!! Finger Weg von Tiktok Ads!!!

The worst company to advertise. I strongly advise you, not to use it. They blocked your account without a reason and they never return your money back. I had money in my account that I didn't use and they don't return it back to me. BY FAR THE WORST SOCIAL MEDIA COMPANY TO ADVERTISE!

Not even 1 Star i have sent this message 3 times and i haven't herd back, I need help please i have an issue with TikTok Ads I have published a few ads and the cost was very high compared to the result. i have tried all the budgets the £20 and the 40 and 50 and 60. they all was the same the first a few minutes the viewers are goes between 20 & 30 viewer but no more and i have tried to delete the activities and publish again in case if the issue from my connection, but it is still the same. I have paid more than £380.00 for the ads and i only had [ 3 ] orders, that is really unfair. This is my third Email to you if didn't get any support or my ads been calculated again, I am going to leave this as review.

I've got the same issue that so many do. TikTok store suspended with no reason given and no reply to support ticket. Been in business 8 years and are verified on Facebook and instagram with no issues. TikTok has been a huge pain to deal with. I also didn't get ad credits promised long ago. I wouldn't bother until they get their act together.

** Updated*** Made another attempt over a year later - still a terrible experience. . Got my money back, but this is just a bad company (original) I was hesitant to do this and I should have gone with my instincts. I created an account linked to my store and put money on my account. Shortly after the store was suspended (Sock Panda) and no reason has been given, They keep saying they will keep the money too. We will see about that! Shocking introduction to TikTok with this App. Decided to go ahead and setup the App following the offer of $200 credit. 1/ We haven't received any credit and 'support' seem like they've followed the FB support training manual and just repeat the same/wrong thing over and over again. 2/ Of just 3 products setup one is showing in the App as "rejected" for TikTok marketing with no reason whatsoever, yet an advert we setup is running. ZERO support and ZERO help so cant see us using this app or TikTok much longer.
