It was very easy to install and the perfect app to help make that extra connection with customers. Love that there's also a mobile app so you're always connected on the go if you choose to be.

We just started using it (free version so far) but find it easy to use and the support is very helpful. I like the way the Chat feature floats in the lower right corner of our website window...and stays there no matter if the customer scrolls up or down. Nice app!

Using the free version and have found this app really easy to set up and use. Just don't forget to log out when you are not online!

Simple and great feel & look even in its free version.

I have just upgraded to the Pro version as the tool is effective and helps grow sales. Easy to use and good user interface on the website.

At the moment we're only using the free version but the features are immense! If our business grows in the future we will definitely purchase the PRO.

I've just downloaded and so far it all seems great! Gave it a test and no problems, so lets hope it generates some sales leads!

Chat System Tidio created is one of the best App i have come across and the best part is their customer service. When I needed help, I just started chatting with their customer service. Their customer service will explain you in detail and help you to full extend to make sure this App is working to your satisfaction. Today one of the customer service person name Rafal stayed on chat till the installed all the scripts that I needed and he checked it on his side to make sure it worked. In short..... Great product packaged with great customer service.
