easy to use. I wish there were more products though

still trying to figure out a way to group items by design rather than product type. not sure if you do this anymore. regardless though, the app is super easy to use and a huge help in streamlining the shopify experience. love the delivery times as well!

We've been using TeeLaunch for a couple of weeks now and so far have been extremely pleased with the integration with our Shopify store (https://www.KawaiiSquishyStore.com), The pricing for the t-shirts is very competitive and the quality of the shirts have been great. They even sent three samples to us for free so that we could experience the entire buying and fulfillment process from start to finish. And the live chat support has been great, always there to answer any questions.

Teelaunch is a fantastic addition to my store! (For the record, I didn't have a fairytale first order with them and now I'm glad of it. ) First of all, all I wanted for my printing purposes was to have a few custom items available to support my store. Where other apps require you to upload your entire store first to their site, teelaunch was designed to work inside of Shopify and the process works perfectly. Also, customers and I love the automated order tracking and fulfillment process. The process is seamless. Also, I chose them for the price and selection too. Since I uploaded the app, I've been going back and forth daily with teelaunch with the entire staff and they have all been extremely helpful in answering my questions. I don't even have to leave Shopify to chat with them! So, I decided immediately to order mugs and stickers as a sample order and test the system. I had printing issues on both. I also had a customer's order in process, so I was anxious that they might receive a lesser quality print. I removed the product and immediately contacted teelaunch. Dave and his team immediately set out to do everything he could to set things right. My customer received the mugs before any corrections could be made, and they were just fine so that was a relief. I received my replacement mugs shortly after and all were perfectly printed as the preview image assumes. I released the mugs again on my site in confidence that this was a one time issue. As for the stickers, I'm now working on correcting that issue and we're in regular communication. I was also happy to see that their designers made a conscious effort to acquire a quality image for yet another item I'm working on. This is a newer company, so there is always room for improvement - that's the easy part though. The product is good, the selection is diverse, the service is awesome and this app was made for Shopify like no other that I've used.

Chris is very much a professional, highly reactive and is working on making the refund process more clear for us users to not be left in debt and customers receiving incorrect orders. He has issued me a refund for the miscommunicated order by my customer. Previously written: They promote all their amazing features however when it comes to refunds, they hide everything related to it. Customers are unpredictable and they may at times request refunds for placing incorrect orders, shopify understands this and allows you to do it seamlessly however Teelaunch have no where indicated on their app of how to issue refunds until it's too late. Currently looking for another option with a seamless refund process. I've cancelled and refunded an order from Shopify and it does not link to Teelaunch, their processes are not defined and you try to find information on refunds and it's too late. You try to seek help and it takes 24 hours for them to get back and by that time the product is already processed according to the dashboard. I've paid for an item now which was of incorrect size and now has been sent to the customer who had been refunded. I have yet to receive a refund and apparently i will not be getting one.

This is what an app / service should be. Awesome UX, great customer service, and brilliant business model.

Teelaunch is improving so this review may change. I continue to use them because they have awesome prices and you can actually make a profit on your store using them. Printful is still their biggest competitor but Printful is very expensive and I don't know how anyone makes a profit using them regardless of their awesome app. My biggest gripe about Teelaunch is their customer service needs to get with the program. At times they seem "out of touch." If I get an automated email from them telling me that an order had an issue, I would reply to that email expecting customer support to be on the same page as their initial email. Not the case. I end up explaining what the issue is, who had the issue, and how we can resolve the problem. The only thing keeping Teelaunch from being a 5 star vendor may be a simple fix within their IT department. If customer service can Other than that I really think highly of Teelaunch's service and quality. Their app is basic but it gets the job done. I wished they would accept other file formats besides png files. It would be very convenient to send PSD or AI files natively. Some day i guess. For now, 4 stars for great prices, great quality prints, growing inventory, and an app getting better.

I am so pleasantly surprised with this app and customer service! Their prices are outstanding and their customer service ROCKS! I have a very important project that needed special attention and the owner and all the customer service reps made sure that everything went smoothly. Unlike all of the other print apps, Teelaunch has hands on service which makes is dependable and reliable. Not to mention that their user platform is easier than all the other apps which is what attracted me to them to begin with. I am just so pleased that their reliability and dependability is as outstanding as their platform! KUDOS! JOB WELL DONE!

I'm a huge fan of teelaunch. They've been absolutely wonderful so far. The support team, though somewhat small has been really helpful. They always have specific detailed answers to all of my questions. I'm a full time graphic designer by profession so I'm really happy that they can provide more technical responses for design related optimization when needed. The live chat feature that you can use for contacting the team has both live response & to email features so it's very convenient! They're doing an amazing job responding (even during the weekend~ they really go above and beyond.) Plus, their product lineup keeps growing and growing! They are taking the company in a very exciting direction! Check their site/app to see the changes. It's extremely impressive. The base prices are quite low on most products compared to many of the other major print on demand services. This is really good for business, since it allows you some wiggle room for discounting during holiday seasons. The feedback I've gotten from my customers so far is very positive. They particularly liked the fleece blankets "They are very warm and soft." I've gotten a few requests to add more of them to my shop. So! kudos to you teelaunch~ keep up the good work. So far, its been a great ride. No complaints. Awesome customer service, fast response time, waiting for my first few orders to be produced right now. We will see when my customers get their orders, how they like them. Will come back with an update.

The guys at Teelaunch have been great! We have had some questions on setup and and mock up's and customer support has responded quickly to all my questions. We are not a big store but was treated like one. I would strongly recommend looking at Teelaunch for all your t-shirt, long sleeve, v neck, and hoodie printing. Have not started selling yet, but the app is easy to learn and the support has been extraordinary!

My experience with Teelaunch has been great! I wish they offered more products, but what they do offer is priced very competitively and their interface is extremely easy to use.
