Mug printing is very bad. No quality control, they send defective printing mugs to my customer without any checking. Very bad printing quality. There is a logo with Made in China on the bottom of the mugs. Very disappointed.

Love the variety and quality and speed.

Ordered samples from Printful and Teelaunch, same image on navy bella+canvas. The Teelaunch print had much better darks, which made the overall image pop with richer color. It clearly shows subtle details in the shadows that were invisible in the Printful shirt due to the weaker black point. As someone who has done inkjet printing for years, there's definitely a difference in printing equipment. Whatever printer Teelaunch is using is simply more capable of producing deep colors and blacks, which results in higher contrast images. This is especially important on a dark color shirt. The Teelaunch sample was also free, which I appreciated. This is just my first impression of the samples. Hopefully, they handle customer orders professionally. I'll definitely give them a chance. Hopefully we can do business for a long time!

Teelaunch makes it easier than the rest!

If I could give zero stars I would. I used this from the being because I wanted to test out this process. Their website and information looked easy and very professional. It took the first test order 4 weeks to get processed and shipped. Now we had an order that came in that needed to be canceled. We canceled it in shopify and Teelaunch still shipped it to the customer. Then again the same situation happened, we sent an email and chat message and nothing. The order again has shipped to the customer and it shouldn't have. For customer service they are terrible at responding back. If you don't mind your customers waiting up to 4 weeks to receive their product then Teelaunch is ok. If you don't care about B2B customer support then Teelaunch is ok. We will more than likely not use Teelaunch again. There are others like Painful that are much better, a dollar or two more expensive but there service is fast and great B2B customer support.

This was easy to install and only had a few issues trying to place a custom order, but I figured it out! So far, all has gone well and the quality seems just right. I wish they had zippered hoodies and baseball tees!

Loving the designing, have not sold anything yet though.

The very first order I had the customer had ordered a purple tshirt. When she received it the shirt had pinkish blotches all over it as if when it was died purple it wasn't fully covered in color. The stipulations the company set on returns was not doable for us, considering she was out of town when her package arrived. Canceling service and using another provider.

getting the image to fit is a challenge. the color of the tshirt has to be selected each individual time and it changes if you modify the image.
