This app is unique in every way. Extensive and at the same time very easy to use. I have no problem using it. I owe great thanks to the admins. Although the application works flawlessly, they have already twice helped me to solve problems resulting from other elements of my store. I recommend it to every multilanguage shop user!

This is indeed the best translation app and the best customer service I had on Shopify. I love the AI feature and the customer service replies within a couple of minutes and stay dedicated on following up until everything is sorted. The translation is very accurate even for hard languages. I managed to have multiple language checkout/payment gateway pages with this app. The customer support is faster the Shopify support and smarter in fixing anything even if it's not caused by their app. They are just helpful. I recommend this app 100%

Great app and some good advance feature. I am using both Langify and Translation Lab. Langify only for custom translate (what cannot be automatically translated by Translation Lab). Translation Lab is doing all the rest. I particularly like the software is translating the email template but also the easy export/import feature. Indeed, I want my products descriptions to be translated but not the name of my products. So I do an automatic translation, then I export , remove the translation the products' names and import again. Done ! In case of question, good to know that the support is answering very quickly and willing to help.

The app does have few issues that they're working on (lost translations after changing the theme, but they do have a way to recover them)... But overall it's a really good app. Best part is customer support... Max is my savior!

I used this app to translate my entier website to German. Really easy to use, you need to upgrade to pro in order to import and export but it's totally worth it if you have a large catalogue like we do. Support is also really good, and quick. Just overall great experience!

I like the design of the app, super easy to understand how to use. Also price is cheaper than other app we used to use. I had some problems with publishing but it was solved in a day.

After some small issues that were solved by the service team, the app runs perfectly. Couldn't ask for better service when having any questions, also very friendly customer service. Will definetly recommend.

The Translation Lab App and its Sherpas service is out of this world! They responded to my emails super fast and always explained everything in a simple yet clear way, sometimes even including an explanatory video or image. My website is quite large, with many sections that require translation, but they helped me with everything without a hitch; they helped and explained how to find texts, the creation of excels, the import of different translations, etc. I am very happy with them; not only that, but their App is incredible and allows you to individually edit absolutely everything within the theme. You can even put your own spin on how you reach out to customers! Congratulations Sherpas, you’re amazing!!

I have a multilanguage webshop on Shopify and Translation Lab is really helpful. You can translate basically everything and even modify if you're not happy with the translation. I had a problem translating the notifications section, and the creators (Sherpas Design) helped me out in just under 5 minutes!! So easy, useful, helpful and FREE! I truly do recommend this app. :)

Hello! I had some issues to set the switcher position on my desing to make it responsive on mobile devices. Max from the customer service connected to my account within the same day I wrote them and provided me solutions. He addapted the the position switcher for mobile devices to my design and I'm supper happy with the results! I did not start translating yet but the interface looks super friendly and easy to use. Also I really like the fact that you can slowly translate your site and check the results via URL before publishing the language in your site. Overall...super happy so far.

I am using this app to translate my store from English to French. I like how it adds a feature to my website whereby the language changes automatically based on the browser's default language. However, there is a huge drawback to this feature. For example, if the default language of the customer's browser is English but the customer prefers to view the site in French they are unable to do so. If the customer attempts to manually change the language to French using the language selector dropdown the app automatically redirects them back to the English site. I like the auto-translate feature of this app and am finding it to be more accurate than others on the market. I also like the user-friendliness of this app. Finally, I like the fact that it installs natively on Shopify without modifying the theme code. If the issue with the automatic language selection can be resolved I would give this app 5 stars. UPDATE: The team at Sherpas Design resolved the issue - turns out it was due to conflicting code on my theme, so it was no fault of the app. 5 stars from me!
