Customer service is great, they help resolved my issue quickly. The app is user friendly and I like the fact that there is some initial credits for translation.

Great. I dont use a shopify theme so i had issues with the language switcher. Support was fast and solved my issues immediately. In Shopify the translation is in many different places, products, theme parts SEO parts and this does it all automatically. I only needed 2 Credits with each 200.000 characters for 10$. Safed so much time. Thank you!

This app is perfect for translating all your texts quickly and easily for Shopify. You can translate it manually or let Translation Lab do it automatically. Tried this out and the automatic translations are obviously not perfect but more than good to work with, saving you a huge amount of time. We've also had a few problems with the Shopify connection, which wasn't blame to Translation Lab but to Shopify. Translation Lab helped us to solve this very good. Thanks for that. In short, very content with Sherpa Design, both the app and the customer service are super. Highly recommended.

Fantastic application, it translates the whole shop with just one click, it allows you to modify the translations as you wish if they are not accurate. I also received very fast assistance who was able to fix a bug in the code. TOP

Translation lab works fine. The importing and exporting is a nice feature and it was by far the most user friendly app out there that we tried. The fact that it natively works in Shopify and doesn't require us to go to different site/platform is great! We were having an issue with our checkout not being translated. After submitting a review about the app here we were phoned up by Translation Lab support to resolve the issue in a matter of minutes. They are resolving our issue, probably caused by another app hijacking the checkout button.

I had some doubts about how to access some texts to translate them, in addition, I wanted to put the language selector in the header and they solved everything for me! Very happy with this app.

I am using this app to translate the store into our own language. Doing so I've made some stupid mistake that duplicated the language and had some SEO issues that I didn't know how to resolve. So I contacted the support and they resolved it within an hour or so. I am thankful and happy. :) Thank you Translation Lab team! :) Also, I haven't found any other free app that would allow me fully translate the store. I highly recommend it.
