I used this app to translate my store to 4 more languages. You can edit manually some words, but AI does good job. The customer service is excellent. Max replied within 5-10 minutes.

Translation Lab is a fantastic app - I can highly recommend the app! We have used the app to easily translate our webstore into other languages. The tool uses the Shopify multilanguage feature. It is worth mentioning that - unlike competitor apps - the template code is not negatively affected. The fantastic support is worth mentioning - many thanks Max @ Sherpas.design team!

I use the app to manage to translations of my store. Works well, not had any problem with the app that couldn't be solved by their support team, who are absolutely wonderful.

Great App, easy to work with, works perfectly with English - Arabic, had a minor issue so emailed support and Max from support fixed it the next day, I recommend!

This app is amazing. It integrates perfectly with our Launch theme, and can literally translate every word, including headers and forms. Auto-translated pages can be manually edited in order to fit in the design. Free version is fine for small stores. Paid version's monthly rates are very friendly. And last but not least, the guys behind the app offer rock star support! Highly recommended. I repeat - the people at Sherpa's offer absolute great support. No kidding.

I use this app to translate my store into German, French, Italian, Spanish and Polish. You can use the credits for the AI translation, and then go in and clean things up manually if needed. Everything works well, happy with the output, and customer service is top-notch!

Great App and even better customer support. I had an issue with my live website and they responded in less than 30 minutes and told me where the issue was and how to fix it. Thank you Max and everyone working on this app.

It is really awesome app! We translated our online store with that app. And now our customers can easily switch the language. We had some problems with switching the language. The app was automatically switching the lang, but that issue was solved immediately right after we sent an inquiry to the support team! Thank you!

We have this app since the beginning and we are very happy with it. The support is excellent, fast and very friendly. They helped us with so many issues in no time, we could not be more happy.

The App is linked to a strong translation tool, making the final translation only a matter of proofreading. The integration (crucially) is seamless and whilst we have several custom integrations in our website, the translations perfectly show up and take into considerations all these variations. Most importantly: the Customer Service is excellent and helped us in a timely & professional manner to make sure that the integration as well as Spotify's & Translation Lab's combined abilities are maximally implemented in our website to our highest wishes.

At the beginning I didn't understand some functionalities but I had Max from customer support helping me and he solved all the doubts and helped me to understand everything. Thank you! The service has been amazing.
