Helpful support and great app

Fantastic App. I only require this app to sync my stock levels for one of my Suppliers. I nearly had a heart attack initially when i didn't think it worked however Jor was there to save the day! Works flawlessly.

We have had no luck in getting any type of response from support when contacting. It is incredibly frustrating when setting up a new app that you are hopeful it does what you need it to for your store. When no one is available to assist in anything, it makes things much more difficult. I set up in two stores thinking this would be a great fit, but after frustration and lack of response from the support team, I have uninstalled. I would appreciate a refund for both stores I installed this for.

It’s awesome app, but they make every single option need to pay! Otherwise it’s good for feeding products.

Complimenti Great app, we've been using it for years by connecting our management system with Shopify's ecommerce platform to keep our inventory updated even for offline sales. Grazie al servizio di assistenza sono riuscito a risolvere parecchi problemi che da solo non avrei potuto affrontare. Assistenza via e-mail, quindi un po' lenta a volte, ma comunque presente. Grazie a questa app ho potuto collegare un magazzino esterno e sincronizzare le giacenze.

The app is great, we have used it for a number of years. We have tried others as we need extra what is offered in the packages, the team have been brilliant with us and made it work for us. We have needed on several occasions to seek assistance from the team in setting up the feeds and the have been great. You need to take into account time difference as we are in the UK, but they deal with things in a timely manner, so overall our experience has been very good.
