This app is a game changer if you work with drop shippers that provide an inventory database to keep your store inventory up to date. I can't say enough of how well this app works. There was some trial and error to figure out how the app works, but once figured out, it will keep your store's inventory up to date. You can sync inventory automatically or manually sync inventory. wirklich gute App für Shopify, manche Shops/Stores für Dropshipping sind schon direkt angebunden und man kann sie in der Suche finden. Hier gibt es auch genügend Videos die alle ausführlich und auf den Punkt gebracht erklären. Leider hatte ich einige Probleme mit der API von meinem Dropshipper aber dank Raj vom Customer Support konnten all diese Probleme sehr zügig und effektiv gelöst werden. Danke nochmal für die gute Zusammenarbeit. Alles in allem kann ich die App definitiv weiter empfehlen auch für Neulinge wie mich die einen Dropshipping-Store eröffnen mit knapp 900 Produkten. While the app, generally works fine, whenever i need help with changes, the support team are absolutely useless at giving help to get you back up and running quickly. They extend the downtime from proper use of the app, by being as unhelpful as they possibly can be.. This application has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I’ve tried it on both BigCommerce and Shopify, and the experience has been nothing short of disastrous. One of their agents claimed he would set up SyncX for me, but instead, he botched the process so badly that it resulted in the deletion of half my products. This has caused immense trouble for my online store, costing me significant time and money to re-upload the products. Not to mention, I’ve lost a considerable amount of business due to the deleted items. The lack of accountability from their team has only added to the frustration. Customer support has been utterly useless in resolving these issues or taking responsibility for the harm their actions have caused. Yas from SyncX reached out at one point, but their involvement didn’t lead to any meaningful resolution. Instead, I’m left dealing with the financial and operational fallout from their incompetence. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend SyncX to anyone. This app has caused more harm than good and has proven to be one of the worst decisions I’ve made for my business. Dear Office Stock, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the difficulties you've encountered with our application on BigCommerce and Shopify. Your experience does not meet our service standards, and we regret any frustration this has caused. Your plan was downgraded to Trial due to the app being reinstalled. syncX: Stock Sync is easy to use, intuitive and very effective for updating my store inventory using my vendor's daily spreadsheet updates. This has saved us endless problems with customers ordering out of stock merchandise. The app also offers options for archiving or removing products when they become unavailable from vendors. This feature is somewhat complex to set up, but works very well once it is established. The StockSync support people are wonderful to work with, and they will work with you until your issues are resolved. Five star app and five star support!
