Have been using Stocksync for 3+ years now and it has worked consistently and reliably. As the needs of our store have changed Stocksync has been able to adapt with its deep level of configuration. The support staff have been top notch, knowledgeable, and dedicated, which has been most important for us. The support staff have been able to triage issues coming from the supplier all the way through to diagnosing issues within shopify, they really have gone above and beyond. I just recently installed the software, but can't get the app to work with my store. I wrote twice to the technical support and zero response. At first I chose another company that had a 5 star rating. But it had 30-40 reviews. A complete failure! Then I turned to this service. Everything happens in the Shopify panel, they have videos on how to set it up. We set up some feeds that are currently working great. The initial setup took quite a while, but one connection was extremely complicated and they still managed to do it. Indeed, my store is currently working and synchronising stock from our warehouses and 3 other external suppliers. I update my nomenclature, my photos, my descriptions. We have over 100 emails in our correspondence and many cases that we have overcome! Thank you so much for your kind words and for trusting our service! I've used this app for 3 different websites and started with the older version. I love the improvements and new look. Much easier to work with although some parameter input is still hard to understand. Tech support is always quick and helpful and answers all of my questions, or solves the problem. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Stock Sync. Despite high expectations based on their marketing promises, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the integration process was overly complicated and time-consuming. The lack of clear, comprehensive documentation made it even more frustrating. When issues arose, customer support is unhelpful, often taking days to reply with generic, uninformative answers. Additionally, the performance of the service has been subpar. Frequent synchronization errors have caused disruptions in my inventory management, leading to overselling and stockouts. This has not only caused financial loss but also damaged my reputation with customers. In summary, Stock Sync has failed to deliver the reliability and support I expected. I hope they take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements to their service. I do not recommend making use of Stock Sync!
