I've been using for about a month now. This ap is perfect for my current needs. It has the suppliers I need and the product updates are mostly seamless. When it isn't, customer support is prompt to respond and very helpful. Very satisfied with this ap.

The app doesn't work properly i have to reach out to support 2-3 times a week, lose about $500-1000 a week. Support gets back 24 hours later with a reply with a question then goes another 24 hours, basically takes 3 days to get an answer to a matter, it gets solved for a few days then issues start again. I would not recommend anyone this app if they need a good customer service and support.

The best and affordable app that I found to import products & sync all my product pricing & inventory in real time saving me a lot of time. The support team is also great as they reply to any query within 24 business hours and resolve any of the issues related to the app. Love you guys!

Rely on 2 feeds from my distributors who have ever change stock levels, easy to set up and leave it running in the knowledge my customers are seeing a near real time stock status.

Love it! Been using it for a while. Great syncing with my local suppliers in SA. Pretty user-friendly and affordable. It's a no brainer to automate your stock levels and updated price points. Plus these guys are really helpful if you need guidance (just the support is a bit slow!). Look.. we advise using it, you won't be sorry when they eventually reply! ;)

Love this app! And, believe me, I am always a tough customer. But so far so great. Customer service is on point! They are always quick to respond and also fix any issues. Stock sync is the only Shopify app I have kept on my store since we started using Shopify 2 years ago. I will definitely recommend to anyone who works in excel and uses Shopify

The level of support from the Stock Sync team is excellent. I installed this app to import inventory data from my supplier, however their API setup did not work in any of the current feed options on the app. So the Stock Sync team developed a whole new feed option. Their response time is quick and they are very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I have been searching left and right for the perfect app to update my inventory with and finally I found it with Stock sync and their suite of other apps such as Quick Scan. real life savers. Thanks y'all. This love comes from someone who was utterly fed up with trying to find a solution. Easy to read UI, beautiful animations and menus. You can't go wrong.

We have 2 shopify stores and we use this app for both of them. It is very practical, easy to setup and even if you have an issue in mapping fields etc, the team is super responsive and very helpful. I find the pricing to be quite fair as well. It definitely saved a lot of time and resources for us, thank you Stock Sync

support is rubbish ,very frustrating and I wonder if I m dealing with ghost that can not provide a contact where I can speak to them for help, it been long trying to get this work .can any one here tell me how they manage to get theirs working as support seem to not even know about the app and re not wanting to speak over phone as its very hard to understand what he wrote in email

The app does what it says. We are using it to import ShipStation inventory into our Shopify store. Email support during pre-purchase and set-up was outstanding.

This app is fantastic. No more overselling. I had an issue with a feed and i reached out to the support team. They responded with the hour fixed my feed issue and showed me what to do going forward. Highly recommend.

We've been using Stock Sync for 8 months. It was quick and easy to set up. We had minor issues using it in the beginning. But, it turned out those issues were on our side. The support for this product is second to none. Quick, dependable, and always courteous. They care about their customers, appreciate feedback, and are constantly looking for ways to improve the product. Since we began using Stock Sync, we have seen continued innovation and improvement in performance. How many hours a day are you spending updating inventory? If it is as little as one hour a day, and you pay someone $15/hour to do the task, your return on investment happens in 3.3 days at the highest pricing level. If you are still updating inventory with spreadsheets, this product is a no-brainer. UPDATE: I originally posted the above review in September 2016. It is now April 2019. Pricing plans have changed. But, the quality of service has not. When you're running a business, consistency is important. Raj and Jor are consistently professional, courteous, and efficient. Close to 3 years later. That level of dependability is rare. Do not hesitate to try their products. They'll be there to support you.

I used this app to update thousands of product inventory. My first update feed was a little confusing for me, but the support team was great in helping me get the first feed going. They were patient with answering my questions and from their help I am not able to confidently update my product pages efficiently.
